- Distributed approximately $165,000 to the Monroe County Public Schools
- Helped fund ARI, AMSTI and Saxon Math in local schools
- Promoted events and achievements of students/teachers/groups through the Monroe Journal and the Radio Spots and Tuesday Morning 7:10am School Bell at WMFC
- Developed a website linked to the Monroeville/Monroe County Area Chamber of Commerce’s webpage and the Monroe County Board of Education
- Established a baseline of scores in school system
- Acted as the lead agency for HIPPY of Monroe County
- Worked with the school system and community college to develop a Transition Day for all 8th Graders in Monroe County Schools
- Worked with the School System to develop a Drug Policy Committee and Draft Policy for Random Drug Testing
- Worked on the City of Monroeville’s 5 year plan for Education Committee
- Conducted 10 Community Conversations throughout Monroe County
- Brought Mattie C. Stewart Foundation's Choice Bus to 9 & 10 graders throughout Monroe Co. Public Schools
- Participation in Workforce Developments "Wouldn't It Be Cool?" Program
- Develop annual "Report Cards" for each school and system
