Big Daddy Weave “We Want the World to Hear” Tour With Chris & Conrad Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 7:00pm Nettles Auditorium on the ASCC Campus is a contemporary Christian band composed of Mike Weaver (lead singer), Jay Weaver, Jeremy Redmon, Jeff Jones and Joe Shirk. Their popular songs include: "Every Time I Breathe", "Audience of One", "In Christ", "Fields of Grace", "Without You", and "What Life Would Be Like".
Southeast Alabama Community Band Under the direction of Dr. John Long Monday, May 10, 2010 at 7:30 pm Fellowship Hall of First Baptist Church This 60 member is comprised of musicians from all over the Southeast and is conducted by Dr. Johnny Long, Troy Univ. Band Director Emeritus. Their repertoire features marches, Broadway show tunes, jazz and classical music.
The Lamb Family Violin Ensemble With Chris Sales, bassoonist Sunday, November (TBA), 2010 at 6:00pm Nettles Auditorium on the ASCC Campus Son of Jim Sales and Cindy Sales. Currently in his first year as principal bassoonist of the Jacksonville Symphony. Also a soloist and avid chamber musician, Sales has played multiple solo and chamber recitals throughout the country, most notably in Greensboro, Charleston, Tallahassee, and Cincinnati.
Ensemble 4 siblings from the Tuscaloosa, AL area that are musically gifted. At early ages they all picked up the violin and are still amazing all who hear them. They play a variety of music styles including sacred, classical, pop and fiddle tunes. Wherever they perform, the siblings exude excitement and offer a life-changing experience to all who hear them. Their inspirational message and dynamic music engage audiences of all ages. |
