Hi Friends of Monroe County Public Schools,
For the last two year the Monroe County Education Foundation selected the Secondary and Elementary Outstanding Teacher of the Year that is decided by citizens of Monroe County, just like you. Please take a moment to look over the attached form and consider who you can submit for your top choice this year. I know we have so many great teachers, it is hard to pick just one, but please submit this for the teacher of your choice.

This application is to be used for Outstanding Teacher of the Year. This may be submitted by Parents, community members, other teachers, or administration to nominate a Public School Teacher in Monroe County.
Directions for completing:
1. Only signed applications will be accepted.
